A 1930s house transformed into an eclectic pied-à-terre
Just outside Padua, an unremarkable early 20th-century house has been reinterpreted as a welcoming and evocative pied-à-terre. The project highlights historic elements and creates flowing, bright spaces, playing on the contrast of black and white, enriched with textured and decorative accents.
The contribution of the owner, a collector of art, furniture, and modern antiques, was crucial. He guided the choice of details and furnishings to create a personal, functional, and representative living space, balancing aesthetics, tradition, and contemporaneity.
