VILLA KMAS
The villa is the result of an architect's interpretation of a work of art, giving rise to unusual shapes and decidedly futuristic volumes. It stands on a rectangular lot and is spread over two floors: on the ground floor through the charming entrance leads to the large living room characterized by a fully glazed semicircle wall that allows you to enjoy the view of the garden that becomes one with the interior of the house. On the ground floor two large patios are respectively serving the kitchen for outdoor dining and, at the back, the laundry area and garage. On the upper floor there is a large gallery with a library and a study which leads to the functionally separate sleeping area in two areas: the master one dedicated to children overlooking the large sun terrace with a mini-pool.
